Bridget is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience working with consumer brands in diverse capacities, whether in-house, at agencies, as a consultant, or leading her own companies. Throughout her career, she’s gathered unparalleled experience and insights into the consumer lifecycle, and her expertise spans the full commerce & brand marketing landscape across digital and physical channels.
As a creative & brand strategist, Bridget’s knowledge of the consumer journey embraces both traditional and emerging technologies, from loyalty platforms to direct response channels, mobile apps to immersive showrooms, crypto to couponing, Shopify to shopping carts. She’s helped local retailers launch pop-up stores, helped Inc. 500 brands launch e-commerce experiences, and she’s passionate about AGI defining a new era for commerce.
As a product manager, Bridget has spent years launching various digital platforms, apps and internal tooling. She brings a wealth of technical know-how including Figma, Bubble, and launching apps in the Apple App Store, showcasing her innovative approach to testing and validating market interest quickly and efficiently. Bridget is adept at helping clients track and analyze online and offline commerce metrics, including CAC, AOV, UPT, sales/sf, and street-to-store, as well as product-focused usability metrics like retention, DAU, ARPU and complex event-tracking through Amplitude.
Throughout all of her various roles, Bridget has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities. She has confidently managed budgets, independently owned P&Ls, and nurtured multifaceted teams through her strong conviction in upholding a servant leader mentality. She also possesses a wealth of experience overseeing operations, including streamlining processes, socializing new tools, and hiring & onboarding.
Bridget is not only a respected industry leader but also an active participant in the community. She volunteers her consulting services to organizations including the Georgetown BID, where she’s a member of the Retail Committee, and Georgetown Main Street, showcasing her commitment to fostering vibrant commercial districts.
In her free time, Bridget loves getting lost in her passion for interior design and furniture rehabbing, and spending time with her two terriers and husband.
