Bridget worked with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants to create new internal one-pager's (dashboards) to keep their team aligned on the personas for each of their properties.

This process involved analyzing their internal data to discern customer profiles and behaviors, and translating those psychographics and behaviors into detailed, actionable brand guides. Bridget also wrote complementary copy for various digital guest-facing assets.

These brand dashboards became the source of truth for each property and were distributed from the C-suite to on-the-ground property staff.
