Serenity Rebrand & Website
The Serenity EHS team came to Bridget with a challenge that software startups often have after raising their seed round: They were facing pressure from their new investors to grow rapidly, and to do so they’d need to expand into new uncharted markets.
Bridget worked with the team on a massive brand refresh that touched everything from their name, to their business plan, to their software platform itself. A core component of the refresh was dropping “EHS” (Environment, Health and Safety) from their name, allowing them to more easily enter rooms where their other customers awaited: those who needed EHS management tools, but also Inspection, Security and Risk management tools.
Throughout the process, Bridget guided the Serenity C-suite through a competitive analysis, restructuring of their brand architecture, development of core values, and a completely new visual identity including logomarks, color palette, and a refreshed UI for their platform.
