As Advisor + COO at PartyPlease, Bridget oversaw end-to-end marketplace performance, running the company during the CEO's maternity leave and continued to lead product, operations, and finance after her return. As a result, GMV increased 102%, CAC reduced by 83%, and MRR increased by 91%.

Leader at #1 Fastest-Growing Agency in the Country

As Managing Director at the experiential agency Advoc8, Bridget oversaw creative & business strategy for clients including Google, Amazon, YouTube, and Hilton. Under her leadership, Advoc8 was recognized as the fastest-growing agency in the country, 2nd fastest in the world (Adweek). 

CEO of Venture-Backed Tech Startup

After witnessing a painful market need through her consulting clients, Bridget took the matter into her own hands: In 2021 she launched the first community engagement platform built for retail stores, Visavis. Bridget oversaw all aspects of the business, including B2B sales, onboarding, and fundraising while building a talented team.

Spearheaded Global Retail Strategy for FTD

At FTD, Bridget developed a global retail repositioning strategy in which she developed a plan for transitioning FTD’s declining business into an omni-channel, experiential enterprise that blended the lines between e-commerce and IRL.

Scaled CorePower Yoga to 100+ studios

Bridget independently led the planning, launch, and ongoing operations of high-end retail boutiques across the country in her role of National Retail Developer for CorePower Yoga, managing over $1.4 in annual revenues and exceeding sales plans consistently year over year.

Received award for “Best New Store” (Bethesda Magazine, 2022) for the athleisure boutique Flex All Day. Bridget oversaw every aspect of brand development & store planning including market research, visual identity, business plan, interior design, floorplanning and fixturing.

Accepted award for “Best Store” (DC Magazine, 2021) for the 20,000 sf multi-tenant concept store Concept 31/M. Bridget oversaw the entire project including business plan, visual identity, environmental design, floorplanning, tenant acquisition, shareholder reporting and more.


Addy Award

Triumphing over hundreds of applicants in the state of Ohio to land this coveted internship at Doner, Bridget was recognized with a Silver Addy Award for her “Jump into Bed with Stainmaster” experiential activation. The award earned Bridget the additional accolade as the youngest creative in the state to receive an Addy at the time.
